Bass synth · circuit model

TB-303 Circuit Model

A bass synth in your browser that recreates the Roland TB-303 part by part. Instead of imitating the sound, it models the real circuit, including the resistors, capacitors and the famous filter, so every knob behaves like the original hardware. Generate fresh acid lines from classic pattern material, build a “new unit” within factory tolerances or a messed-up one, and run it through a RAT distortion and Lexicon 224-style reverb. It works offline and on your phone.

  • Pitch6-bit R-2R ladder, 1/12 V per step
  • Filter4-pole transistor/diode ladder, 2× oversampled
  • EffectsRAT distortion and a Lexicon 224 reverb, both modelled from their parts
  • PatternsFresh acid lines generated from classic pattern material
  • UnitsA new unit within factory tolerances, or a messed-up one
